Film/ Coating thickness

AEP profilometers comes with advanced set of libraries and a simple to use procedure that enables to
measure and film thickness.

Following are recommendations for choice of technique

Optical Profilometer NanoMap-O

• For transparent film thickness > 5 micron.

Contact Profilometer NanoMap-LS

• Step height between coated and uncoated area is used to
  measure film thickness. Works for
  both transparent and non transparent coatings.
• Film thickness Upto 1mm.

Contact + Optical Profilometer NanoMap-D

• Model NanoMap has both Contact and Optical profilometer on same platform. It can be used
  to measure film thickness on ANY kind sample.
